v3.0.0: Pre-Steafast

In this pre-release, the Steadfast Storm update exists. However, more code is to be added and tests to be written prior to a mainnet release of SS. This pre-release does, however, include working updates for backwards compatibility for latest distro's.

Updates:

• Staking/Utility Nodes (hardfork still yet to be determined for mainnet)
• Minor wallet fixes
• Backwards compatibility upgrades to support latest compilers and dependencies
