Updated with more modern Javascript. Removed jQuery and Bootstrap dependencies by using only vanilla JS and CSS contained in
index.html. Updated Twitch API endpoints for auth and user info from Kraken to Helix. Added an easy way to listen to a few Pubsub topics with a few clicks.Closes issues #2 and #3.
Changed the default scope to permit the use of more topics.
