Added full support for ALDA 2.

  • alda import: checking ALDA version on the system before the import
  • alda export: exporting only for ALDA 2
  • bugfixes in other parts (Decompiler, MidicaPLParser and MidicaPLExporter)
  • converted all midica.org links from http to https
