Recently I absorbed Group Initiative's base functionality into Mob Attack Tool (since I want to build more mob related features on top of it), but I figured that a lot of people might prefer to just use the smaller Group Initiative module on its own.
This pull request contains the changes necessary to make Group Initiative's base functionality compatible with Foundry Core 0.8.8. That means no more warning messages due to deprecated functions being used.
I'd be happy if you could merge this and then make a new release so people are able to update within Foundry VTT. :)
(Also, I'm not exactly sure what the collapsible group code is supposed to do, so I've left it alone.)
