Optimized scheduler for speed - so no debug info.
Should give an 85% boost.
If we need debug info at some point - we can make a data backup for local testing with a debug version. Alternatively - at some point - we could have both versions of the scheduler - with an option to switch to slower debug version by entering a console statement.
