Build fails with Go 1.23

Building with Go 1.23 in

• go 1.23, [email protected] 1.22.6 (new formula) Homebrew/homebrew-core#175310

threw an error:

  # github.com/tickstep/cloudpan189-go
  link: github.com/tickstep/library-go/cachepool: invalid reference to runtime.rawbyteslice

indicating, that referenced upstream Go module github.com/tickstep/library-go is not yet compatible with upcoming Go 1.23

Build is still failing with Go 1.23 rc2.

This can probably now be fixed as well, since

• Similar Build fails with Go 1.23 aliyunpan#437 and
• Upstream Incompatible with Go 1.23, which doesn't allow //go:linkname to internal symbols, including to runtime package library-go#1

were both fixed.
