Will there be a loop hole if we use full speed
instead of normal speed
If a video is by default to be played at slow motion. The full speed
of that particular video would be the slow motion mode.

"in real time" might work here?
Based on the public announcement. This will be part of the 2025 Regulations, but the feedback period will go until October 30th for this amendment only.
