Remove 1c1 - Essential scramble secrecy provisions are in the regs and the external reference to organizer requirements is not necessary Remove 7h1 - a new stricter requirement is added in A2a1 & A2a2 Amend A2a - to cover fixed seating Add A2a1 - to stop waiting area competitors being where they shouldn't Add A2a2 - to stop fixed seating competitors being where they shouldn't Add A2a3 - to keep competitors away from the scramblers (could be near 1h1 instead) Add A2a3+ - clarify that competitors shouldn't be able to wander into the scramble area after the group and take a look
