Attempting a new version number that matches setup.

This release just bumps the version in setup.py to 2.3.2 to match what we release/tag it as.

2.3.0: adding travis to get this in pydist (#2)

This release fixes an issue in how the package redirects after auth and adds the .travis.yml file so that this can be published to our local pydist.
