+It is an out of memory error so there is not much we can do. Maybe your query result are too big (try to limit the column and rows),

+In some Android version, the cursor are limited to 1Mb so this limits the size of each row when doing a query. Big content should indeed not be saved in sqflite.

+If it happens while writing, you can try to split into multiple transactions (for example with 1000 operation per transaction).
