The router

I have removed the router from tdt/start. It is now part of tdt/core. The authentication however remains tdt/start.

The idea behind this is that:

1. Authentication can have different route descriptions than all the routes defined.
2. All tdt extensions will be able to change the routes if they wish

TdtextNotifier

A new class (singleton) is responsible for handling all hooks and notifying all TDT extensions
