Utilize R to study US craft beer and breweries to visualize and describe strategic opportunities that may provide a competitive advantage for Budweiser and/or its partners in the United States Area of Operations.

Repository Structure

Root folder

• BeerCaseStudy.rmd contains all source code to build the plots/HTML and interact with the data.
• BeerCaseStudy.html contains the HTML markup document to present the data.
• EDA.pptx contains the powerpoint slides for the presentation of the data.

Data folder

Beers.csv contains a list of 2410 US craft beers.  
    Data dictionary:
    - Name: Name of the beer.
    - Beer_ID: Unique identifier of the beer.
    - ABV: Alcohol by volume of the beer.
    - IBU: International Bitterness Units of the beer.
    - Brewery_ID: Brewery id associated with the beer.
    - Style: Style of the beer.
    - Ounces: Ounces of beer.

Breweries.csv contains 558 US breweries.  
    Data dictionary:
    - Brew_ID: Unique identifier of the brewery.
    - Name: Name of the brewery.
    - City: City where the brewery is located.
    - State: U.S. State where the brewery is located.
