The overdosage section could be very valuable. Investigate including it in the extraction pipeline. Will require annotating the gold standard and retraining a new model to extract. Like boxed warnings, will probably work best by pre-training on all and then fine-tuning for the overdosage section. Could be a v3 feature.

This will benefit from the new method we have to extract sections from the XML docs. @klarow see me about that once we come back to this.
