Deprioritise activating environments by directory path

The form conda activate <dir>, where <dir> is path to a conda environment, is valid but seldom used. The form is conda activate <env>, where <env> is the name of a conda environment, is much more common. This release modifies the completion logic so completions for directories are only triggered if the stem includes a slash character.
