Add a custom MIME type option.

Hi @Yayure is your version pushed to npm perhaps?
It seems you're the HEAD of live-server development now :)

Sorry, I didn’t post to npm or plan to maintain this project, I just tried to add a function to fix the problem about the MIME type of file :)
There is also a problem about wasm. In fact, the latest version of send has been fixed.

this project it's stale therefore i created a fork and i already included your PR @Yayure , it's already live in npm
