  • created tg::reference::get::Output
  • added lockfile: Option to tg::reference::get::Output
  • added tg::SourceMap which can be constructed from a lockfile and root object
  • use tg::SourceMap to remap module referent IDs to paths/tags in diagnostics, errors, and viewer titles
