1.0: refactor(build): remove MakeFile and update README

This commit removes the obsolete MakeFile and accompanying README.md file, consolidating build instructions and project documentation. The main application source file has also been updated to use C++ for output, enhancing usability and maintainability. The changes aim to streamline the project setup process by eliminating outdated files, making it easier for new developers to get started.
