Otherwise files like "~/foo.sqlite3" don't work.
Previously it would just return floats as truncated integers.
instead of returning nil.

Hi,
the sqlite3 module is very nice (and I'm using it in a private project now), but there's a problem with retrieving floats (as well as complex file paths). So here's a couple of patches. :-)
