Have you ever run consistently?? We’ve done some surveys regarding this topic, and found out 78 percent of people gave up running in three days. Of course, We are also included in that lazy bum. Through additional interviews, we figured out various reasons for this phenomenon, keywords including hard, tough, and not fun
