PVElab: Software for correction of functional images for partial volume errors
This software package includes everything that are needed to do a partial volume correction of low resolution medical images. An easy to use userinterface is included. Further, multiple methods for labeling of voxels (defining regions), including the probability based method by Svarer et al, Neuroimage 24, 969-79. 2005 (applyrois) is incorporated in the matlab based software
