Small bug fixes and now tested with Catalina (see below for more info)

Fixes several issues and works with Catalina as well. Catalina requires you to manually specify Full Disk Access rights to FinderUtilities in System Preferences > Security & Privacy, otherwise Open Terminal does not work (not sure what's the logic for that, but I am investigating). App is sandboxed and notarised.
