Closes #9.

Adds formatting for dates and other formats.

This is a great plugin! Thank you!

With the usual Kibana vizualizations, e.g. bar chart, timestamp range display is dynamic according to time selection. White space is inserted automatically. However in the heatmap each row has it's own timestamp value and the output is hard to read.

Do you know any implementation or have any plans to format the time in the bar plot fashion ?

@regel #28 is open to address the date format bug. I am currently working toward a solution there.

As far as filtering labels, those options are available in the options view. You can choose to filter labels by a specific number. For example, label cells every 5th value, 10th value, etc.
I won't implement this behavior automatically since its easily tuned and because the difference in the type of scales being used (under the hood).
