Archiving the original work from ss3sim / UW days with version 0.1. This repository housed models used in various manuscripts, such as cod, sardine, and hake. It became difficult to ensure code in ss3sim and cod in ss3models were up to date and synched. Furthermore, people didn't understand why they needed to download two repositories. In the future, this repository will hold code to make models rather than store the model files.
