2025.1.1 - Fixes for SR2025

Include the common libraries previously available on the robot. This release supports Python versions 3.9-3.12.

Includes a number of fixes:

• Log the python version
• Fix lighting controller crash
• Improve finding webots
• Include a similar set of libraries to the robot
