Updating the ops‐manual

• Create a branch reflecting the release state

• Log into gitbook.io

• Create a new space under SR Operation Manual

• Set the title to "Version X.Y.Z"

• Select Configure (top right)

• Under "Providor" select "Github", then select "Configure"

• Authenticate with Github

• Select the account to "srobo"

• Select the repository to "ops-manual"

• Select the branch to be the new release branch you created previously

• Select Synchronize

• Once it has synchronised, click Share

• Under "Publish to the web", enable "Publish in collection"

• This version should now be available in the dropdown on the released ops-manual

To make this the default version shown;

• Go back to the SR Operations Manual collection
• Select the 3 dots, and select "Customize collection"
• Under General -> Collection, select which version should be the default
• Click Save
