Comment out contributor sync (for now)

I don't have energy and resources to commit to arranging a regular/scheduled contributor sync right now. However, I'm planning to do ad-hoc meetup as needed. When have more flexibility and time, I'll uncomment that part. Signed-off-by: Volkan Özçelik <[email protected]>
