This release is basically the same as the pre-release Sozi 22.09-beta, but promoted as the new official version.
If you are using Sozi 22.03 or an earlier version, Sozi 23.07 fixes the following issues:

Under the hood, it is based on Electron 20 and brings an updated version of the SVG rendering engine.
While Sozi itself has not changed a lot since the previous release, updating Electron has required a few adaptations internally, which could result in unexpected side effects.
On some platforms, the animations in the editor are smoother if you disable the hardware acceleration. This can be configured by running Sozi from the command line like this:
SOZI_DISABLE_HW_ACCELERATION=1 /opt/Sozi/sozi
