add support for HTTP redirects, e.g. from HTTP to HTTPS. This affects e.g., pulling in resources from a FHIR TS, which may present the resources as HTTP links instead of HTTPS, if it is put behind a reverse SSL proxy that terminates HTTPS (e.g., Ontoserver using an Nginx reverse proxy).
