1 Update 更新
1.1 Add instance
Add a group of configuration.
Keep at least one with “r” and one with “w” flag. Only one with “rw” is good.
Every parameter in or can be set using the property style or sub-element style.
See the example dbpool.xml for detail.

2 Reload 重载
Use this as example:
