I have added some documentation in the /docs directory as follows:

  • wiControl.ppt: presentation on wiControl including a command reference
  • automaticTestSystem.ppt: explains the test system to verify proper operation of wiControl
  • wiControl-4I4O-ed01.zip: all files for creating the PCB
    • schematic
    • board layout 1.95" x 1.95"
    • gerber files for SeeedStudio

Edition 2 of the PCB is released, the board has been resized to 1.90" x 1.90" with cut off corners so it will also fit in dry-wall installation boxes with a depth of 50mm or more.

I also made the analog input available on JP3, this could come in handy to simulate additional inputs using resistors in a voltage divider network. More on that later.

    • schematic
    • board layout 1.90" x 1.90"
    • gerber files for SeeedStudio

  • wiControl-4I4O-ed02.scad: housing/mounting bracket design file for OpenScad

    • generate STL file in OpenScad (press F6 + save STL)
    • convert STL file to gcode file in Cura or other application
    • print gcode file on 3D printer
