All 523 regular puzzle panels are solvable except that in Expert mode, the extra tutorial gate solution can't be done, leaving the maximum total at 522.

These are all the EPs that are or could become impossible to solve after randomizing. An option to force all EPs to be solvable will be included in a future patch.
