The notebook here contains codes for modeling topics plant science articles mentioning Arabidopsis with modified BERTopic.

• The data needed can be found in the following location in Michigan State HPC:
  • /mnt/home/shius/scratch/topic_modeling_example
• The work_dir variable needs to be modified to reflect the location of input data.
