Description of changes

Add content related to the stack only.

The session focuses on function calls, the stack frame and stack pointer.

TODO: more demos and tasks, 64 bit oriented session

I only made a few suggestions, mostly typos which I'm bad at spotting anyway. So overall the content is good.
