NonBlock.js uses “pointer-events” style in new browsers for more reli…

…able experience. Old code is now fallback for browsers that don’t support pointer-events. Changed NonBlock to a class. Fixed text selection. Added destroy method. Focus elements underneath on mousedown. Bump version.
