How do I install cancer screening module?

Distribution release for cancer screening module v2.0.0 is available from this Google Drive folder while the latest version is available in the SavannahGHI GitHub link. This release consists of two archives - the distro and the SQL dump containing the required concepts for that release.

  • Stop Tomcat
  • Extract the concepts SQL dump file from the SQL archive. Run this on the OpenMRS database which you will use with KenyaEMR
  • Add all .omods into your .OpenMRS folder
  • Start Tomcat
