There is issue with Exchange Type : TTL For TTL need a below exchanges, 1. Exchange 2. Echange_TTL 3. Exchange_SIDELINE Currently it is not creating only two exchanges, _TTL and _SILDELINE.

There is issue with Exchange Type : TTL
For TTL need a below exchanges,
Currently it is not creating only two exchanges, _TTL and _SILDELINE.
As main exchange is missing, failing to created start the queue with baseActor.start().
