Thank you for this great packages. I was wondering about the behavior of the imputation model for regions where the target sample is expected to be haploid like the Non Par regions of the X,Y chromosome for XY karyotype targets. Is it possible/necessary to build specific references or there are ways to specify the baseline ploidy like implemented in GLIMSE1 for x,y chromosomes ?
