  1. Align the illumination path 0.

  2. Then adjust the position of the detection objective 0 to make sure the light sheet is at the center of the FOV.

  3. Next adjust illumination 1 objective position to match the light sheet position to the center of the FOV.

  4. Last align and adjust the detection objective 1 position to make sure both beams are in the center of the FOV on the camera in the detection objective 1 light path.
