Basically a rewrite to support multiple package types (Dart & NuGet).

Other notable changes:

  • Updated to .NET 8
  • Now using kiota as an API client
  • New database structure
  • Storage is no longer strictly local, S3/minio can now be added
  • Completely new frontend (using MudBlazor)
