Fix Chrome driver download + Microsoft Edge (Chromium) support

• Fixes Chrome driver download according to the new versioning Scheme
• Adds support for Chromium-based Microsoft Edge driver

Note:

• Support for recording videos is broken, because I could not get it compiled against the xuggle binaries
