the url http://railsinstaller.org/ has not been working for some time. (see railsinstaller/website#59) linking to https://railsinstaller.org/en seems appropriate, this is the english version of the curriculum after all

there is an existing #645 open trying to address this also, the URL seems to be working for me right now; maybe they fixed it on the other end? If the site really is working now I'd prefer not to hardcode the |
