picturecreator is a funny picture creator tool for dos. It is like the
classic paint provided by Microsoft, but in dos. The cursor can be moved with
keyboard which makes it very slow. Again, the program is too big, it could not
be compiled in QuickBASIC, and hence must be interpreted using QuickBASIC.
