This change adds another valid type for the purge_ssh_keys parameter in the user resource. This can be useful in the case of setting specific parameters for the ssh_authorized_key resource when it is set to 'absent'.
For example what comes to mind is the 'drop_privileges' parameter which makes the removal of SSH keys possible in a directory/file that is not owned exclusively by the user.
This change can be used generally and makes use of a hash that contains possible options for the ssh_authorized_key resource.
