What improvements would we want to make to UrbanSim / Simulation mode before putting a current draft in front of Growth staff for evaluation?

Re-assess FLU's use of Bonus Density: While OK for Allocation Mode, where Capacity guides a pre-determined Growth number, in Simulation model Capacity directly and significantly impacts what that Growth number is. And the Growth number is the primary data product from Simulation mode.

Finish the transition from County to Regional vacancy rates: We switched back to the Regional after concluding that the implementation of Sub-Regional demand, via vacancy rates, still needed some work. But we were attempting to work vacancy rates into the proposal weights (either with the land price variable, or on their own), but suspended that work after some mixed results.

Run as an integrated simulation with SoundCast.

Use LODES and/or the New Sectors: At least the latter, maybe the former

Re-test random seed variation, and be comfortable with the volatility shown.
