  1. TASK: update build-stack 

    - use new `@neos-project/neos-ui-extensibility` stack with esbuild
- remove dependency on `plow-js`
- use provided `ckeditor-exports` rather than installing the `@ckeditor`
  this resolves a runtime error of having different ckeditor versions
- add lock-file
