HDD info incorrect with location. Also added some how to info so that first time users know what to do so they dont need to first have a +OPL partition they may not want JUST to see what the config file in __common looks like.

Removed references of modchip partitions. Will document in wiki differently at a later date.

Going to be working on a full wiki but in the mean time added/corrected info for HDD users, IE the Partition/folder was incorrect and gave example of hdd_config.txt so that new users do not need to first create an unwanted small 128MB (not Mb as written) to then only try to remember the config text, delete the +OPL partition, CREATE the partition then edit the config file....
