This commit aims to enhance the language and inclusivity of MtF.wiki's introduction.
Changes include using more inclusive terms like "transgender individuals" and refining the description of MtF (Male-to-Female) to emphasize gender identity.
The edits aim to create a more welcoming and respectful environment for diverse transgender experiences. Additionally, minor adjustments were made for clarity and coherence throughout the document.

"goes" isn't grammatically correct in this sentence, the correct wording is "go" when referring to multiple people.
