This PR adds a new tool that builds Matter SDK examples and generates a conformance report.
This tool is already live and runs daily, together with the coverage report.
The results are published here: https://matter-build-automation.ue.r.appspot.com/conformance_report.html
The goal with this tool is to bring more visibility to the conformance issues in the SDK examples (which may end up in real products), drive improvements and facilitate collaboration across the team.
