This is a breaking change

• Rewritten the plugin to remove lot of redundant and non-performant code. It's lot easier to maintain this.
• Added capability to remove accessories that are either removed from configuration or from tuya account.
• AC heater should work. I don't have a heater so can't test. Please let me know the feedback.
• Status of is now refreshed every 30 seconds.
