Colorization

I was thinking I might farm this out to plugins, but that'd be a job for filtering plugins, which isn't how Plushu plugins work (or at least, there's no mechanism for it yet). So now I'm thinking it'll be part of the logs command, as an opt-in option. (Can you detect if stdout is a pipe in an SSH command?)
